Integration of Meta Messenger for Facebook and Instagram as Communication Channels

It is necessary to add Meta Messenger as a communication channel, allowing Lixsa to also respond through Facebook and Instagram.

Additionally, Lixsa will be capable of automatically merging user information when the same user communicates through different channels, centralizing data for that user.

There will also be a manual merge functionality available in cases where users cannot be automatically identified across channels.

Lixsa's learning system will allow it to recognize interactions with users on each channel and use this information as part of the context and training system for those specific users.
