Manually Adding a User to a Chat and Sending a WhatsApp Message, Even if They Are Not in the Main CRM Database
Use Case: "I want to send a WhatsApp message to a user, even if they are not in my list of users."
Feature Description:
A new feature will be added to the chat conversation list, allowing users to manually add a new contact. This will require the operator to input the user's Name, Phone Number, and Country, enabling the manual sending of a message.
This feature acknowledges that since there is no connection to any CRM, or if the client does not exist in the CRM, Lixsa will not be able to retrieve any additional information about the client.
However, if the client is later found in the CRM, Lixsa will automatically match the information with the client’s details.
